Extremely bad I ordered triple decker with extra sauce and extra cheese I get home I find this nonsense no extra sauce or cheese, where is is fillings? Mall of Africa Debonairs

I ordered a pizza at MOA and then requested for a cancellation because the person I was buying food for called and requested for a burger. The “manager” then told me after I’ve bought that I can’t cancel my order because now they’ll have to pay for it from their pockets, I asked if is there anything else that they can do to cancel the order without what he told me he, he then said I should leave my details so that I can be refunded from the head office after some days, after I’ve agreed upon the solution he then changes to say that cancellation is not possible and even called some “manager” from steers for confirmation on what he told me....... to cut the story short I left the order at the shop without the refund “or burgers from steers since they’re a tag team” . All I wanna know at this point what should happen with my R170?

I just bought crammed decka pizza and when I got home there was no fillings its like they just put the sauce and the crust was burnt I'm not happy at all I'm angry I'm disappointed I spent a lot of money buying that pizza I also requested extra cheese but no they didn't put extra cheese what makes me angry the most is the pizza was even burnt and dry

Placed order at 11:00, driver left at 12:00, its now 13:10, shop cant get hold of driver, had to cancel and order again from different Debonairs.

I had a really bad experience the pizza they sold me was empty (not enough filling)and the crush was burnt. The manager was terrible i told him my problem and he started to defend before hearing my complaint, honestly I will never go back there

Great Pizza Taste. As a person you tend to develop new tastes overtime, however because of the freshness I get in their pizzas. I keep on coming back. Just don't leave it for tomorrow, otherwise you'll be losing the plot. Eat it whilst still hot and fresh, with extra cheese. Just thinking about it makes me hungry ????
