Awesome experience.
Was helped by a lovely lady - Noxolo, who was friendly and cheerful and helped me even though she had knocked off an hour before my arrival. Great service!

Ordered my ring on Monday by Wednesday it was ready after re sizing . Thanks to the store for making this easy for me as I needed it before Friday so I can propose to my loved one. Thanks and a special thanks to Vera for her help throughout the process.

Just had the most shocking experience, money out of my acc but American Swiss cannot see it from thier side then I must go away without my goods. After a good 45 minutes of waiting. What a waste of my precious time. I was promised to me called once the purchase reflects, but no one took down my number. The goods show to have been on special but I was charged the old price. Absolutely disappointing you will lose 9 more customers from my experience

Not very impressed with the staff at the Mall of Africa branch. I went to buy a ring that was on special. The lady that was helping me spoke to me like I was stupid, insisting that the price was not what I had seen. She was very sarcastic and when I showed her that what I had seen was right, there wasn’t even an apology. I won’t buy from there again. American Swiss needs to up their customer service and train their staff on how to speak to customers.

I am not happy with the service. I bought my wife a ring last week Monday 5 February 2019. To date I heard nothing from the shop. I paid cash for the ring for my wedding wovs. How long does it take for alteration?

Not so great at customer service, it took a while for someone to attend to me. All the ladies were just standing behind the counter talking and were somewhat rude.

Worst American Swiss I've been to. Racsistic, unfriendly uninformed staff. If you need to go there just make sure a lady called Boity doesn't help you. No customer deserves her attitude.
