Had a great time with the family. Great food, great service. The kids absolutely love the waffles.
Our waitress Millicent was excellent ????.
This is now our regular outing place????.

Great open location within the mall, and the guy serving us was good. I’ve been to various Rocomamas branches but for some reason I just didn’t enjoy the pork ribs this time around. We ordered wings, ribs and fries combo. The wings and fries were crispy and delicious as always. I also ordered a waffle and unfortunately did not enjoy it at all. The icecream was already melting by the time it arrived on our table and within 10 seconds, the waffle was literally swimming in white sauce. Our waiter noticed this and brought extra icecream, and I applaud him for that but the chef/franchise needs to either purchase better icream or figure out a way of serving the dessert while the ice-cream is still intact. For this round I'll give them a 6/10 but I plan on going back soon to give them another try.

We were served by Madonna. He is the friendliest! Love his vibe and he was very accommodative of our requests and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was also amazing!

How did I forget to rate such an extraordinary waitress. The service was out of this world honestly. Thank you for making my day amazing, me and my friends really enjoyed. Keep up the good work Metallica and always treat your customers like you treated us. Love love love and definitely coming back again this weekend
