Terrible service. I just got home, and to my surprise my chicken pieces are shot. I bought a 21 piece barrel but received 15 pieces instead. The lady that was giving the orders wasn’t even calling them by numbers. Customers were just going to her with their slips because she was not doing the normal way of reading order numbers out loud. I’m disappointed at this chicken licken because they still fail to do the right thing even after I have reported the issue telephonically. The manager on shift promised to call me back after 3 minutes, but even after more than an hour she hasn’t called yet.

Bad service the ladies at the tills are terrible its like u forcing them to give u the service u greet they keep quiet and then call the person behind u and told me she expects me to order while she was busy with other orders and the other lady calls the next customer it's not worth my money it was my last time buying there

Well i love meat more especially when it is hot,... and chicken licken has got all that i need we bought meat and the cashier assisted us with the oder,.. the place is clean and smart and the oder cane out well packaged and did not take time.. so we did not wait much longer,.. they all follow convid 10 protocols ,procedure and regulations,... thanks the the management for a lovely service

Feeling Robbed. Absolutely disgusted with this branch. Would never go back!!!! I would have given Zero stars if that was an option.

I always buy original chicken they always pack the chilli one. Yesterday on the 16th of December 2021 l ordered again the original knowing how useless and reckless the workers are l kept the receipt its chilli again. I have put the orders in the fridge l have to go back with them......nxaaaa very incomplete
