There is a big selection
of shoes: however, this is the First shop which has ZERO seats, for customers to sit- and try on the shoe which fits. I was told to go to the fitting room, where I was asked to sit on a plastic stool! As a customer wanting to fit on u0026 buy shoes, this is an Insult!

Terrible service from Jacob, NO customer service skills. I wasn't even greeted, and he showed me hand signals without asking me what he needed to!!!!!TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE AND THE WAY I WAS TREATED!!!!!

Bad service..I have never felt sooo disrespected in my life by a cashier. Today was at the store buying some items,as i was abput to approch the till i had a call that i had to answer, when i was done and ready to go pay your cashier named Jacob gave me sooo much attitude he literally was angry that he had to help me on the till, i had to ask for someone else to come assist me seing i was to much for Jacob... If this is the kind of service you give to us as customers, then sorry i am never ever buying from ackerman again... This was ridiculously unAcceptable for any customer

Was at the store at 7:20 on the 3 January. I do believe it was too early to clean

A lady named Molatelo,that was mopping the floor shouted at my wife. When asked to call the manager, she ignored us

A guy Simon claimed to be the manager, tried to apologise on her behalf

I will not be back at this store

Totally appalled by the attitude for a national store

23 December there was note at the door saying they close at 10 but when I went there at 8:30 is was closed when I asked they said one of their staff just tested positive for covid so they had to close. when did the staff test for covid at 8 in the evening that was such an inconvenience for me because I xane to fetch my laybuy.

When you call the store it goes straight to the answering machine. Poor service or customer concern.

The store is well stocked with kiddies clothes. The store spaces is quite small with very little open spaces. It could really get very busy on weekends and paydays, thus there are long queues. Sometimes the wait time could up to 30minutes.

The cloth items are of moderate quality but the prices are very affordable. They run a lot of discounts and promos on kids clothing store.
