Did an upgrade on my phone. And using them is supposed to be better, faster, easier etc BS.

Did upgrade on Friday. The waiting starts.
Had to redo on Monday. As the process only started because I called in to check my status of the deal.
Couldn't go to a store and pick up the phone. It had to be delivered. More waiting.

The manager promised me to the heavens and back that I would be a priority delivery, and get my phone early the next day.

Keep getting messages that after 11h00 the delivery was processed and to be delivered.

Moral, okay R150 and get your phone at a store.

Wish I could give half star. Very very poor!
My query was logged on Sunday and attended to on Monday. It is Thursday today and I haven't received any feedback. It was supposed to be sorted out within 24 hours.

Vodacom sold me the Z flip phone which has large white line in the middle of the screen due to the fold but they refuse to compensate me with another phone... told me I can get it repaired once a year... really? This is certainly not customer service I will and can recommend.

Best Vodacom store you can ever visit, customer care is on point! They always have everything in stock.

This business park has a virgin active gym and a few restaurants inside it. You can go in and order food, visit the gym, or look around the vodacom shop. Really convenient if you live close by.

They still restrict MTN network yet their free WiFi is nonexistent. Clearly in the network access there's no democracy ????????????
