Constantly experiencing issues with our orders. It would be great if head office can follow up on service delivery at this branch

Again another terrible experience. Its Saturday evening 10h39 and we have been waiting very long in the drive through and got the grumliest person assisting us. Really disappointed. The manager lucas clearly does not manage well at all

I'm very disappointed in the service we've received! First time we went there they didn't get the order right and left items off that we paid for. This morning we get there they don't have hash browns and the twisters are half filled and we got the ends of the lettuce heads inside the twisters. The service there was not on Parr. We waited a good 15 minutes in the drive through. I'm disappointed and I'd like management to contact me please.

For the last 4 months the got my order wrong 3 times. Every time I go back because my son loves KFC. I have been placing my order the same for 4 years since we moved to Mosselbay. Now I am not allowed to hav my order in the same way without paying for ekstra chicken. KFC Voorbaai. Your service is disappointing to say the least.
I will NEVER go back.

On a morning of 6° out i get served cold coffee. Asking to heat it up they tell me thats how the machine makes it. I wait 15minutes for a Brekkie Wrap.. I told them to eat it themselves because after 15minutes i still didnt have my food. I left paying for food I didnt recieve. Terrible!!!!

Just change my rating from 3 to 4 star because of previous experience.Huge positive change since my last visit.My order was done fast and my food very fresh and decent prepared!!!****.

This Kfc is always busy. So this is the second time we have to wait more than 15min outside for our food. Intersection leaving KFC is a nightmare. Cars coming from both sides and doesn't give you a chance to exit

Slow service. No stock on some of the mainline items. Staff very unresponsive and unhelpful. Ice cream machine not working.
