MacDonald’s in Hartenbos was what to be expected by any franchise place, however, what did surprise me how clean it was (maybe it is new), how helpful their staff was and the integration of screen ordering (which I have seen overseas) but not locally until now. They even had a dedicated person to help them with the technology if they were struggling. There was also a drive-through on the outside, however, I dined in quickly between meetings. Plenty of parking and all on one floor so friendly for disabled or wheelchair people.

Staff are always so friendly and well dressed. they went out of their way to assist with smiles on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Easy, quick service, food was 'warm' on arrival. They actually take reviews seriously. Well Done!!! And... The Staff are wonderful. Decent meals make traveling easier ☺️

No one and nothing says to newbies to go and pay once you electronically place your order. Ordered and paid for a chocolate milkshake. Got home and found I had Sprite!
