Worst vodacom shop in the garden route..will never support them ever again...sell you phone with faulty battery refuse to repair..replace or refund.
My advice stay away..very bad after sales service.

I purchased a panzer screen protector from your shop 9 days ago for my samsung note 20 ultra. It cracked for no reason from the front camera to the bottom of the screen. It was not bumped, i did not let it fall...i paid R500 for this product as i revere the protection of my phone...but even with the original casing as well as the paid slip your manager just pulls up his shoulders and say sorry??? I was really upset! But then francois strumpher phoned me 21h00 at night and sorted my problem out in 4 min flat. THANK YOU!!

Vodacom personnel could not give me any indication of when fibre at Dana Bay will be active, although Vodacom Reps claimed it to be 01 Jul 2012!

Walk in and most off the staff sitting in their phones. Not a good way to great your customers.. Main Vodacom shop near PnP
