Absolutely horrible…
I got a new device on 14/08/22 and asked them to port my number which took them more than 2 weeks, for which I could not use the device. After I took the phone we had a screen protector fitted, then by the next day the screen didn’t register the touch correctly.. I took it back and was told it’s because of the screen protector, so we removed it….. Today on 13 September 2022, I went back to the store because the phone randomly reboots, freezes, and the touch is giving issues…the manager has a smirk on his face when I said they need to sort this out, and said sorry we will just send it in and see what’s wrong….I told him i need my phone replaced as I use it daily for work and he said no, we will send it in and see….just to let people know u are quick to take my debit order on the 5th of September but look how I had issues since day one…..

I have upgraded 2 weeks ago and they said my device would take 2-3 days and have not received my phone. I have try and called them every day for 2 weeks straight and it just rings. Very disappointed

Besides waiting for a very long time to do a sim swop to make the number an e-sim, the service provider Esther Was very helpful and tried her best to assist me as best she can.

I feel that there is more staff walking around in and out of the store rather than actually attending to customers.

She didn't even take a break just to get things done. Thank you .. don't see that level of service every day

Service is so worst possible service ever, 5 workstations, 2 persons serving customers, 1 sitting of the two servicing on her own mission, doing whatever, selecting person back in the row, fitting a specific profile.

Not very helpfull you wait long for help . I visit the office on 28/03/2022 for landline fibre and after 11days i went back nothing happen or contact me the service not so good they close post offices so close telkom office too bad bad after 11days it have been done in 48 hours
