Absolutely horrible…
I got a new device on 14/08/22 and asked them to port my number which took them more than 2 weeks, for which I could not use the device. After I took the phone we had a screen protector fitted, then by the next day the screen didn’t register the touch correctly.. I took it back and was told it’s because of the screen protector, so we removed it….. Today on 13 September 2022, I went back to the store because the phone randomly reboots, freezes, and the touch is giving issues…the manager has a smirk on his face when I said they need to sort this out, and said sorry we will just send it in and see what’s wrong….I told him i need my phone replaced as I use it daily for work and he said no, we will send it in and see….just to let people know u are quick to take my debit order on the 5th of September but look how I had issues since day one…..
