Have been supporting this store for a very long time...close on 15 years. After Karen left the whole store went to the pits. Staff don't know what documents are required for what. Slow to no response on emails. You have to call back to get an answer on your queries. Hopefully this can be sorted soon. Better yet, get Karen back as store manager.

Terrible service, twice now I've tried doing business at this branch, again have to go to George due to super bad will to assist customers.

The shop and staff are very unproffesional. They don't know the basics about the products vodacom offers. I have been a Vodacom customer for almosy 10 years. This is the 4th time they did not assist me properly and the attitude I might add is unacceptable. VODACOM will not have me for a customer anymore.

Had a horrible experience with this repair shop. They say they went out of their way to get my iPad fixed yet my iPad was booked in for repairs 4/11/2019 and has been sent back and forth from mosselbay to jhb and cape Town and they couldn't fix it. Then apparently late Jan on a Friday when we were in store to pay I get told my iPad was fixed on Tuesday and it should be there before 4pm. Never happened. It is nou Wednesday again and calls to the person handling the case is infuriating and constant lying. "I'll call you back in 10min" turns to me having to call them the next day just to listen to more exchses
I offered to go pick my iPad up myself as it's somewhere in George which is very close to where we live but they can't even give me a tracking number or anything. Should have stuck to Telkom.

Had to upgrade my phone. Expected frustration, long waiting lines, limited stock, instead I received friendly, professional, quick service. No line to wait in, stock of phone I chose. In and out within 30 minutes.
