The service at Clicks Langeberg mall is pathetic.
My Finace had an appointment at 11:10 this morning (14/13/2021) for his Covid-19 vaccine and the lady told him she doesn't have time to assist him today she had other things to do he should rather come back tomorrow.

The time slots on their website are all open? Why even book an appointment if they cant assist you +- 20min before or after? Why even book an appointment if he (het words) "doesn't have to make an appointment, he can just pop in tomorrow "????

Nice Clicks. Clean and has everything you need. Excellent pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Great Pharmacy. Huge with loads of options and variety. free parking at the mall and easy access. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This branch of Clicks is an embarrasment, month after month they do not have insulin, replacement medication. You wait in a long que, to be told they don't hav your medication. The prescriptions are not uploaded and customers have to struggle to get chronic medication at other branches. Pathetic, stay away there.

Pharmacy area are absolutely terrible in service. They take forever to assist you and when they do, they give you incorrect amounts of the medication prescriptions, wrong info on the instructions labels and do not allow you to check what's been given before putting it in a bag. They even give you someone else's medication and refuses to take it back. Improve your services or else you'll keep getting negative complaints.

Check your plastic bag before you leave the shop - your products might not even make it in there... especially the ones coming from the pharmacy that the cashier is supposed to transact. The store cant handle pressure during busy season - so sad !
