Had to pick up my bank card this morning, but was NOT impress by their service efficiency. Had to wait in a queue, which was fine, but had to wait a long time for the lady at 'reception' to eventually help me. She was still on the 'system' for several minutes after the previous client left her. Eventually one of the other ladies came to assist and was done very efficiently. 'Reception' lady u003d 0, consultant lady u003d 5. Overall experience u003d 2. Such a pity!
