We did a 1 night sleep as we made our way back home. It's was a lovely stay. Clean rooms, spacious and close to the shoreline. A beautiful stay for family and couples alike

I booked a room for 2 adults with a sea view, but was given a small cramped family room with a view of the courtyard and pool. No seating available at the pool, as the chairs were sticky from recent varnishing. We had to wait outside as we could not get the door to open and had to walk back 3 times to get someone to help. It then turned out the proper entry tag was not attached to the keys. Our room was adjacent to a lounge and there was a terrible smell of something rotting. The one star I am giving is for the fact that it was at least, quite clean

Great location,great facilities,great staff...amazing sea views,comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff,awesome buffet breakfast available if not included,total relaxation package.Lots of fun exciting places to visit and enjoy.

May be it needs professional ownership, its treated like a restaurant as if a waiter serve its not up to standard the complete hotel setup. The staff is good but without guidance as if they are waitering, this is because the guidance/ownership do not have any other insight of quality. I won't recomend this for the world. If one knows quality in the world then this is not. It really needs help, possibly there is some one that knows how to fix this but will the ones owns this do so to get this person, dr. Karen Stoltz who can make this the oasis of the garden route, its only this dr. Karen Stoltz that will be able to save this complete area and make this the oasis of the world where real profits and gains is possible, Class, Quality, that this South Africans deserve to have.
