We come to this hotel approximately every 2nd year as a tour group of 25 people. We love having the rooms with washing machine and tumble dryer facilities. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Breakfast in the morning is very slow. Put aside at least 45min to wait for your bacon and eggs. Once it gets to you it is very tasty. Beds are made some mornings, and others mornings not at all. The electricity tripped in one of the rooms (9am on Tuesday morning and it took 7 hours to be resolved. It's an ok stay. Not great, not horrific, just ok.

Bar closed too early. Restaurant too. Restaurant opens too late. Not serious about their service. Sadly it's a Western Cape thing anyway. We got to the restaurant at 07h55. Told that it only opens at 08h00. But the coffee is only available at 08h15. Come back later? Really?

Love the views from the dining hall and balcony.very friendly staff. The only down part is that the bar closes at 20:00 and you're not allowed to bring in your own drinks.

Overall it's ok not that great... the worst food I've ever experienced especially breakfast I think a 8 year old kid can do better otherwise thee place is pretty by the pool thats about it. ....

Great surprise.Excelent upgrade and the reastaurant was a great breakfast venue.Staff attentive and friendly good value menu.
