Ive always enjoyed steers but this experience was frustrating. For context i work in marsh street.
I made an order online for collection and was planning to pay in store. Unfortunately my lift had car troubles. The car ended up not wanting to start before my work place. I called steers to ask if they can deliver it since we'll be getting help from someone we called and won't be able to stop by steers. They told me that my food is ready but they cant deliver even tho its just under a 2min drive away! Had to cancel my order. Hopefully the food didnt go to waste. Why couldn't they deliver? It's just down the street???

After the app not working properly, at least they called to say they will place the order. But after waiting an hour, and the delivery guy calling about 5 times, because he couldn't find a simple adress, we were fed up and were not about to pay for cold food. This is unacceptable, we will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. How hard is it to google an adress?! Or to follow street signs? NO THANKS!

Ridiculously slow service (read 2hours to delivery bloody food) especially to KwaNonqaba area which is not shocking since urban areas are never given the same respect as suburbs

Dont order over the phone or via app, they will get it wrong, staff wil just say sorry. Rather order inside and check the order. Terrible and incompetent staff.
