The worst. Gave them multiple chances and still disappointed. We wait hours for our food and it's still not well done. Last time I ordered I didn't even receive the food, driver never showed up. Prawns portion are the worst. Hake is oily. This is very disappointing

Absolutely dissapointing! Two portions of stirfry (a tablespoon each) R59! Fish was minute! Coleslaw same quantity as stirfry - R49.80 - the Sauce - costing almost R10 was as much as you get in a squeezy bag for free at other places. To make it worse - after explaining this to "management" I was told this is standard portion sizes! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER support this business that knowingly delivers poor service, poor value for money and SLOW DELIVERY - Fishaways Mosselbay - I am ashamed of you.

Terribly small portion of medium calamari. Fish, calamari and prawn poppers all tasted the same - like tasteless. Probably frozen for months and cooked in old oil. Really not worth it.

Hi. I ordered the prawn poppers as well as 2x hake and chips. The poppers were very dry over cooked and oily. The hake was definitely not fresh. We were so disappointed because last time we were here in Mosselbaai November last year, the food was excellent.

If I could rate the food 0 or even a minus I would...bought calamari, squid heads and chips...the batter on the calamari slid off with it looking raw...the squid heads were oily and the batter were burnt...finally the chips had an old oil taste...was purely horrible and spoilt our appetites...we threw almost everything in the bin...horrible purely horrible

I don't mind waiting for my food during the dinner time rush, but to get my food undercooked, that does not go down well, especially with seafood.

Prawns were underdone
Chips were underdone
Calamari was underdone
Fish batter was soft and soggy

Having waited so long and being hungry, I had to recook the food for my husband and myself, then wash all the cooking utensils that I had to use... Which goes against the reason we usually order take out... No cooking and no dishes.

I spoke to a very apologetic manager, who took my number and said they would get another manager to contact me first thing the next morning.

It clearly was not important to contact an unsatisfied customer, whose first experience will most definitely be their last one.
