We (my family) lived in Twee Kuilen, for a week.
It was so horrible. People either walking down the street talking so loud, that they woke my baby up, numerous times.
The kids play park, is next to a rotten (disgusting water u0026 smells of death) river, that never moves. Its stationary and have so many dead animals in it.
I dont know how Twee Kuilen management can place a youth park next to a rotten/poisonous swamp, for kids to play in. There are not even any barriers, preventing them from falling in.
On the other side of the complex, is a huge grass plot, ideal for a park and no danger close by.
Not sure why Twee Kuilen management dont move the park there?
There are so many marks pointing to it, being the perfect location.
Children riding their plastic bikes down the road, creating havoc with the hammering sounds of plastic on tar.
Kids riding bikes, screaming and shouting at each other, while they go.
Vehicles driving so fast down the road, its a miracle that the kids in the complex are still alive?!
Dogs constantly barking, on all sides of the house, coming from every direction. It seems they bark, at the drop of a pin and never stop!
Dog owners not leashing their dogs while walking them, which makes for terrible danger to not only all humans of all age, but also to other pets within the complex.
Twee Kuilen clearly has no Rules and Regulation and if they did in fact, they are most certainly not enforced by the Homeowners Association (as a complex normally does) or the Trustees just dont care about what happens within its walls.
Twee Kuilen is not a place that my family and i would ever visit again, nor would i recommend it to anyone else.
