Exceptional service for an exquisite product. From enquiry to delivery there was constant communication. A carefully packaged handbag with an embroidered storage sleeve to surprise gifts inside were delivered to my door. My handbag is magnificent. The service I received was exemplary.

Highest Quality Craftsmanship Still Evident after 15 Years of Daily Usage.

I have been purchasing Lugro Ostrich leather products on line for 15 years and include handbags, wallets and belts. My wife's handbag is used on special occasions and my wallet and belt are used daily - both have a much loved and beautiful patina and the craftsmanship is still evident. I only buy Ostrich Leather products and I would not buy from anywhere else. Hopefully my next purchase will be made in store during a personal visit
