We booked a room and canceled the reservation a few weeks later. The Hotel never refunded our deposit, although this had been content of the booking agreement. We never received an answer to our mails. This kind of attitude towards the customers is just mean. We can just advise you to never book there a room. You will not receive the money back, if you change your holiday plans.

We had an amazing time at Terra Bianca, lovely place, quiet and with this beautiful view!
