Good accommodation but no generator so when load shedding bedroom dark for two hours! Dinner OK but breakfast very poor

Really great rooms, especially the bathrooms. Excellent dinner in the hotel dining room, recommend the mussels, fresh and beautifully prepared.

Ask the GM . Will not have breakfast here in the morning although it is paid for . Trust is important.

Our room was comfortable, the breakfast served at the coffee shop was very tasty. My eyes is light sensitive and the curtains could have been slightly larger to keep light out at night.

The modern and stylish bathroom was probably the best part of our stay - we fell in love instantly! The location is very central with less than 15min drive to all the major attractions (Ostriches, Elephants, Caves, Wildlife Ranch). Despite having been to Oudtshoorn multiple times, this was the first time we stayed at The Queens Hotel. It's a beautiful place with lots of heritage. Great photos line the halls, and the decor is warm and classy. Though we were two of only a few guests (#covid) the service was great. We enjoyed the Ostrich burger at the restaurant (which we had to ourselves) for dinner and breakfast at the Cafe next door.

Nice and helpful staff and easy to talk to. Tap water is not good for people with sensitive stomach.
