It's a awesome ladies gym. You feel like a family and they are always there to help. Most importantly they always let you feel welcome excellent staff????❤️

Horrible people. We went Jesmond Dean(which is a awful place on its own) to reunite with some old friends a while back. Afterwards we were hanging out in the parking lot talking about the good old days then out of nowhere someone from the gym comes and says we making everyone there uncomfortable. What? We were extremely confused and did not even know there were people in that gym as it seemed abandoned. One of the gym members just came to fight with us and chase us from the place and said the management were calling the police. We all stood there looking confused at each other trying to figure out what is happening here. My guess is that they didn't like the fact that we were male and indian whereas they were all female and white. The management were such cowards they didn't even come to us when we asked them to bring the manager to explain what exactly their issue with us was. During the riots this was one of the businesses we were all standing outside protecting and this is how we get treated by this business?

We already have to put up with enough racism in this area from people like the old Lonsdale couple. Now they seemed to have pushed this onto the youth. Wouldn't be surprised if this place gets shut down soon too just like that pathetic excuse for a cafe.

Love my gym, awesome trainers, variety of classes and just over all amazing vibe!

Experienced and passionate instructors make all the difference at this small gym. Communication with clients is good and there are a variety of membership options as well as personal trainers available.

Comfortable ladies only gym with the best instructors! Reasonable gym fee and ample parking.
