Very, very bad service. Business trip. Our office made a reservation. I was under pressure to get to get to a busines meeting. Came to the gate, phoned. I was greeted with very cold stern voice. I told her who I was , and I was told it was "the middle of the day". Turns out she heard wrong... after the introduction I got , there is no way I would go there ,or allow our team of technicians to go there any time soon.
I was helped very quickly by some great Bu0026Bs in the area. I was helped by Gail Foley of Hamilton Urban Guesthouse. Even though she was full, she gave me references to get setup within 20minutes!!
