'WORST PIZZA OUTLET'

We placed an order which was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes.

We thought they were busy so we waited just more than an hour, thereafter we contacted debonairs raisethorpe only for them to say that they forgot to send out our order.

Its now 1 hour 20 mins and we've received nothing.

The name of the person who was responsible for our order is "Faith" who was not very helpful and did not seem to care about their mess up.

Do not order from debonairs raistorpe on the Uber Eats app!! Driver delivered one pizza, when I ordered two. The driver did not wait to clarify the order and immediately drove away after we continuously told him to wait. Trying to get through the call centre is another issue. I've ordered from Debonairs raistorpe for years, and they are declining terribly. Will be supporting Pizza Hut and Romans from now on

Arrived hungry at Debonairs enroute from work.
Was my mommy.s birthday dinner request..
Staff was super helpful.friendly..and knowledgeable and helped me choose a pizza that was just within my budget and so delicious..really ended up making mom and the kids happy.mom loves pizza ????
The pizza had a crust stuffed w a cheesy sausage and chicken filling...1 piece was enough to fill up even an adult..

Very disappointed we ordered the pizza over 1 hour 30 minutes still did not get our pizza. I called in store told me to hold on transferred my call and they just cut my call. Now i hav2 go and make supper for my hungry family cause majority of the places are closed. Waste of time. Debonairs is sending me R20 off any large tripple decker.....thats what a customer gets for bad service. Wasted more than 20rand on my airtime.????

Good service enjoyed my visit, good customer service
Just want to enquire that I was sent a Sms by Debonairs a voucher for R50 off if I buy for R150 and was not allowed to use it when I visited debonairs and when I called online to order the voucher was not going through. So how is it possible to send a voucher to customers and one cannot use it . Govender

Over a hour and 30min i ordered and no delivery! Called and spoke at the call centre over 15min hold time just to hear that the orders are late! Very bad service and i will not support debonairs
Again! My kids was looking forward to having pizza 4 supper what a waste of time!

The worst pizza ever. Blobs of sauce here and there hardly any filling or cheese. The prices have increased and the filling has decreased.
I would not recomend these pizzas. I wont ordering from you again.
