Food was good, can't say the same for the service though. Walk-in customers are given the backseat as Mr D drivers get first preference. Waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers. Even when my ticket number was on the collection screen it wasn't ready. Staff scream across the floor. I witnessed a staff member telling a customer as she walked passed him that someone will help him when he asked her for assistance. Disappointing service.

The food is fresh and there's no issues with it. The staff are fair and kind but the issues at hand are the following: the ice cream machine doesn't work sometimes, the system is offline and you can't make any purchases, the drive thru lines are sometimes very long and not very effecient which can be somewhat annoying. They also sometimes take a long time to prepare food and you need to wait which takes away the entire purpose of "fast food". I hope that the management sees this and takes notes.

Very very slow service for fast. Over 27 minuts now untill now did not get the order.

Terrible experience, given wrong information by the staff. Staff have a attitude. Asked manager to assist which was good as not asking. Waiting period of 45 minutes for a Big Mac regular meal. Ordered to eat in but was given takeaway ... I would rather head over to Burger King in future.

For sure a clean well located branch , you should grown sales since the branch at brookside is closed , what happens when they reopen , this is what’s going around , hear these complaints at events I attend, but our Raiserhorpe branch is slow , when you see A4 page stuck all over either no ice cream , offline or sorry no chicken burger. Complaints are ongoing however they always respond to you as our branch , come now guys these are your community, you need their ongoing support , please or they will start going to the town branches or soon start making the brookside branch our branch , huge community around , keep your customers happy .

I rarely have negative vibe at your branch , then again I’m often there very early , my daughter must stop for snack before we travel , I grab a coffee , and invite you to please offer option to put my sugar in , mix which ready to drink , remember we drive thru and then hit the N3

Poor service, as in know one to assist in regard to ordering via the in store display screen!!!.
Also whloe lot of take a lot guys talking stories at the collection counter and all in dirty clothing !!!!
Staff at front counter had no SMILE!!!
