Emailed customer care because we ordered a medium meal and it had less than half full chips. Got an sms to say it was resolved but it wasnt. Then ordered on Scoot a week later and they delivered via this store and the same issue, a small amount of chips in large meals. Pointless to pay extra and get less. Contacted scoot customer care and asked them to resolve with the store. kept getting messages to say I would receive a voucher and it was resolved. finally got a voucher after following up repeatedly. got the voucher for a whopping R30. Tried to redeem it on scoot and the store couldnt deliver. The agent said I could go fetch a my meal tomorrow. I said I dont want to go in store, she confirmed my order and said she would see what she could do and get back to me and just didnt so it just sat undelivered and when I contacted the chat customer care she had logged that I was unwilling and that it was resolved. She never actually got back to me. I offered to send the recording from my phone were she would get back to me but they dont have a functionality to receive calls etc. So after days of back and forth they still have not resolved my issue but have repeatedly stated its resolved and closed all 3 cases.
