The customer service is extremely poor . I bought a bus ticket the lady punched in the wrong date. They didnt rectify let alone acknowledge their mistake.

I experienced one of the worse customer service. The helping lady was so rude to me. She wouldn’t want me to ask any questions, all she wanted was my signature. When the item arrived it was damaged.

For a mere ironing board which I could have went in and out within 5 minutes at another store I was made to wait for almost 45 minutes and had to sign numerous papers. Unbelievable.

Very very poor and dissapointing service. Nobody picks up the telephone. It just rings and rings????
