I'm still awaiting since March on the feedback. I was embaressed by the cashier in front of customers as she refused to swipe foe the chocolate special of R19, 90 as the owners policy is to swipe for R20 and more. I was declined the owners number and they refused to tot take mine. I have reported the matter to sasol, Absa and fnb. Yet still no apology from the owner. I have a video clip of the incident

The Customerservice is very poor it takes the fuel pump attendants 10 minutes to acknowledge a customer who is on the forecourt.

The store is clean u0026 packed neatly. Hardly ever crowded (maybe it depends on time of day as there's a school nearby).

But forecourt service is speedy u0026 the petrol attendants are very efficient! One of the pitstops I look forward to when in Pietermaritzburg.

I would love to know why everytime I come to fill diesel - I will get a whole bunch of attendants physically ignore me. Sit there and not even bother to help or wait for another car to come through. I seriously feel racially treated which is truly beyond words in this day and age and given that Sasol is a global company. I actually have to beg someone to help me fill diesel who just looks at me in disdain like I am dirt under their foot. Makes me feel sick and I have stopped coming there.

The amount of waiting I do here everytime I come to fill petrol is just beyond me. One time I waited long and when someone was available to help they started with a person who came after me. Everytime I think of stopping here I think twice,definitely wouldn't stop here if I'm in a hurry.

I'm a regular at this service station and the staff don't disappoint. Great service keep it up
