Location is perfect as my kids were able to go to the mall when they wanted. The bathroom toilet in our room wasn't cleaned on check-in which was disgusting. The room was decent. Breakfast was less than average... Breakfast is defined by eggs...the hotel only offers scrambled eggs which is fine if only they tasted good. If that's all you offer you would think they get it right! The "fruit salad" was just apples which were powdery. Only thing I enjoyed was the beef sausage and toast...Rather eat breakfast at one of the many restaurants at the mall.

This is not a hotel. I urge anybody who has another choice to please take it! My walls of my room are dirty and door handles even worse. They only have grainy local TV channels. The rooms don’t have teaspoons for tea. The air-con does not work. They don’t have a restaurant so you just order from fast food places that deliver but only up to 8pm. They need a major revamp and renovation but worse that that they are extremely overpriced! They only offer a bed and below average breakfast. That is it. No other hotel services are offered at all.

Rooms are clean and have what you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a large selection of food. It is convenient being next to the mall for easy access to restaurants for dinner as well as to the highway.

Receiving and Receptionist good, may improve.
Restaurant service: Excellent
Breakfast buffet: good, however I requested croissants and I was told they are finished for the day ????
Dinner not served inhouse: you have to order from different restaurants from the Mall via an issued voucher.
Security????

Staff very friendly . Conveniently situated next to Midlands Liberty Mall.Small room with a double bed. Needs renovation as alot of fittings are fading/scratched/ dated.. Overall pretty average

No bottle water in rooms which I find unusual.

Nice and cozy adequate spaced room with large TV❤️????????, they just need to put an extra blanket just in case...PMB is indeed cold, I felt it!!!!
