False advertising. Just be careful on the 3 for 2 deals. They are packing other products on the shelf and advertising falsely.

Every month it is impossible to get through to dispensary for chronic renewal and end up having to listen to recording continuously. Despite speaking to store manager on more than one occasion about this, I now give up and will rather get meds somewhere else.

When calling Dischem, voice prompts says to check online for new trading hours because of covid. Do check online opening times are from 8.30am onwards but when Im calling the landline get the same voice prompt and my call is ended. Did the stores open at 8.30am but not the phone lines?

Listend to the voice recorder for 16 rotations with no answers. Enquiri about a massager with infrared light. As advisised in the monthly magazine. Can't get it at the PMB stores. No stock. If there is no stock why is it advisised. Or is it false advertising

I had a voucher to redeem for a 10% and they said they were online and literally were not trying to meet me half way. Manager not in sight

Dischem advertised in the papers the different slippers for different prices yesterday that is.. We 70kms out of town so my dad went to go and get a pair for my mom, needless to say that they didn't have any in stock! Very annoying! Only advertise once all your branches have stock!!
