Eish ,I'm grilling you nandos.Today I went in with my bro,service when paying for our meal was great.Sat down waited for quiet sometime for the food to arrive. Lady that was assisting us was looking upset ???? and then she started speaking abruptly with her colleague who was cleaning tables.Our starter only cam after receving the actual actual meal even then I had to remind her there's a Starter liver outstanding .Then she did not give us glasses to drink our fanta orange. This time we were too scared to ask her some waited for another nandocas to walk past,then only we gathered the courage to ask for glasses. Overall value for money with the full with 4 sides .option of taking a cool drink instead of a side .Wonderful but service ayi nandocas ayi.

I ordered my sisters favorite burger but it was so dry it didn't have any sauce at all....they don't even offer a straw when you buy a drink

lots of issues;

1. Orders get messed up frequently or they do not have stock and you are only informed after you meal is charged and ready
2. Special requested like extra Sause are never honored
3. If you are not there they give your order to another customer who had placed the same order as you (longer waiting)
4. It was chaotic lacks a basic system (was not even busy)

Ordered a veggie wrap from this store as a take away. Told the cashier multiple times that I wanted a veggie wrap, but they ended up giving me a chicken wrap. If you are fasting or a vegetarian Do NOT buy any veggie food from this store. You can tell them multiple times that you want a veggie wrap or veggie food but they will still give you chicken. Don't place vegetarian items on your menu when you can't deliver on it. Absolutely disgusting Nandos!!! Your store wasn't even busy but you couldn't get the order right, yet being told multiple times that a veggie wrap was required. Never going to order from you again. I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before ordering any vegetarian options from Nandos because they won't get your order right.
This issue has been logged with Nandos customer care and I have not been contacted for over a week

The best Nando's I've ever had. The service is great and it's not crowded. Their lemon and herb quarter chicken is really good. Don't get me started on their green salad????????????????sooo fresh!
