I had the priviledge of visiting this gym because I had a free trial and my oh my it's beautiful. Their facilities are clean and their equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful while not being too in your face. Which I appreciated because I want aid to be available but don't necessarily need someone to breathe over my neck during sets.

They have a steam room, small lockers where you can charge your phones, big lockers for other belongings and showers with shower gel dispencers - so if you din't have sensitive skin you'll be covered in that regard. So get you a padlock, a resolve to workout and consider joining this gym. If you know your gym equipment and machines you'll have a blast here - THEY EVEN HAVE A MINI BIG BOY JUNGLE GYM for the more calisthenics inclined folk. If you don't know what to do then perhaps you can get a trainer or join a workout class ????????u200d♀

Such a great set up, friendly staff, the ladies only floor is a boon. The change rooms and steam room is large and spacious. Overall, clean and well run. There is a little coffee shop / supplement shop in the front but I haven’t tried anything there as a few times staff were not present - however I see they are open now and will definitely give them a try sometime. Haven’t done the classes but the studio is quite large and spacious with good lighting, the gym itself is a solid operation whether for the serious lifter or just for some light cardio. The equipment on the main floor is quite current in terms of the latest releases and innovations from the large equipment manufacturers and I’ve never seen equipment not in working order. Not sure about the lines to use the machines on the main floor as I stay away from it, but I’ve never seen any queues for equipment.

This gym is good value for money, is in a good location and has all the equipment you need, including a heavy bag. I was between Planet Fitness and Virgin Active, but my guy Chilly showed me around and convinced me to join up - no regrets! Thanks Chilly!

Love the group classes, equipment is labeled so you know how to use it, staff is friendly and helpful and definitely make you feel comfortable when you go there

Great place to workout. Staff are awsome. Safe and clean enviroment. They follow and enforce all Covid protocols. Zero tolerance for members that refuse to adhere to the rules.
