Changed my review below from 1 to 5 stars. They gave me a new band and sent the half of the remaining strap as well. They do keep in touch throughout the process. Happy to have the watch back.

"NEVER REPAIR A WATCH WITH THEM. Gave in a practically brand new fossil. They insisted I must pay the full amount up front for repairs to mechanism. When I came to collect watch had a missing strap. Now they're going back to contact their supplier. RIDICULOUS."

In August I replaced my watches batteries having belief their are offering me service of high quality ????u200d♂️and 1st week of December I noticed that one of my watches that had a battery replaced at SD Pather Jewellers was not working. I visited the shop, explained my problem and they gave me a lame excuse that the battery is set to last for only 6 months ????, 1st time I ever had of that nonsense story and I will never ever set foot in this shop again ????, their service sucks. ???????????????????? Thanks to Steiner Schwartz Pty Ltd (Jewelers) for their assistance and customer friendly service. ????

Helpful, polite and understanding staff but after getting called back to check my item, it was fixed completely wrong, I was shocked it wasn't checked before I was called ing. I never give back reviews but I'm extremely disappointed. I had to give it back for fixing and wait longer for the item. I can't afford much and this is the most expensive piece of jewelry I own, hope they get it right 2nd time around.

These are my go to jewelers. I have batteries changed and straps resized. Always done quickly and efficiently.

They repaired a strap for a Seiko watch that we had bought in Dubai where the catch broke after a number of years. Other jewelers said it could not be fixed and suggested that we'd need to get a new watch. SD Pather fixed it for the grand sum of R40,00 and it is still working perfectly ten years later.

I had 2 bracelets fixed at the end of August, at a substantial cost. The mangalsutra was repaired using a lower quality bead, you can see the bead has chips on it and is a different colour in light. The tennis bracelet fell apart the first time I put it on after the repair.
