Rooms are very dirty and dusty. I got sick after my stay there. The floors are not mopped. Showers are disgusting and have spider webs. Toilets leak. Some plugs do not work anymore. When requested, staff did not attend to any of our complaints. Their garden is beautiful but I would advise you not to book a room there.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, The rooms were very disgusting and not clean at all. The bedding was dirty with bird poop and dusty , the furniture and cutlery were dusty and unwashed, showers had dead spiders and webs. The prices are not equivalent to the service they provided either. If you want a good place to sleep, this is not it

Airport Africa Lodge scammed us. They advertised an event as winter in Disney land and there was nothing of that sort happening there. We paid the family package which cost us R250, we took our kids in the hope of having fun with all the fun activities they advertised. When we got there we were greeted by an angry mob advising against buying tickets at the gate. We already had tickets and were let in. When we got inside no sign of Disney whatsoever. No characters, no decorations and no fake snow like we were promised. The stage was there unmanned and no one came out to explain what was happening. It was all a big mess. We left 2 hours after arrival hoping something would happen, people started demanding their money back. We left with heartbroken kids and even after the mess was created, the lodge owners or organisers didn't even come out to address the crowd. This was by far the worst event I've ever gone to. Airport Africa Lodge and the rest of the organisers scammed us out of our money and left a lot of sad little faces with their fake promise.

Unfortunately it's no longer a lodge it's a Res, but people are still allowed to use their beautiful garden for camping, wedding etc.

after my accident at around 2 am i didnt think any guesthouse will pick up my call as i tried to call over 7 guesthouses with no respond but they picked up, i got there the rates are very affordable and the rooms are very big and neat and the customer services is out of this world from everybody. i checked out 1pm cause they let me sleep and told me i can check out anytime i had a great experience.

It's a lovely venue, beautiful and shady. We had an event Doek on Fleek by the garden and the environment was wonderful.

Staff is very friendly and organised, very nice and clean. Rooms are well furnished and attend to your basic needs. Very affordable price will visit again if I get a chance.
