I workout there Mondays to Fridays and sometimes Saturdays, it's a bliss. The staff is very friendly and the machines are well kept and clean all the time.

I am at the gym each weekday and the equipment is always up to standard.
The gym manager is always there to help or to give some tips.
In accordance to the gym manager always being helpful, the staff at the gym is also always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand.

Going to the gym is definitely worth it, friendly staff and helpful, workout areas and bathroom are very clean. One thing I'd like is different genres in music, if possible but overall I'm happy.

The gym is decent however I must say please fix your itensity app or find a alternative because I miss days of service due to the app that through errors or just does not want to load properly. It's not my wifi or my phone because the same thing is happening to quite a few people I know +- 10 of my fellow gym members. There should be another way to make bookings please ????

Appears if some of their areobics instructors are clearly deaf with The music so loud and they sçream their instuctions who can hear over the racket. Traditionally music is in a bar series of eight however some can only count to one so have a very disorganized routine. Music needs to be varied African selection has it's place!
