Staff very friendly and welcoming even 30:00 befor closing time on a Saturday night???? Pizza always delicious and the ranch sauce is the best. Deliveries always fast. Love the app tracking your order progress.

One can't help but to feel welcome when you enter the shop. You are greeted by friendly staff and smiling fces. Then to top it of when you place your order your name appears on the orders list with the exact time your order will be done. But best of all is the flavorful pizzas that one receive. They have me hooked

They went out of their way to accommodate us with pizzas we needed early today. Second time we placed such a large order and they always help with a smile. Staff is always friendly and they give great service.

I never thought i would do this but really Dominos, you dissapointed me deeply today. Order number 52355 at the polokwane branch. I ordered 4 pizzas, and some extra sides. I placed my order online for delivery. Firstly you phoned me 30 minutes after i placed my order to tell me you do not have ribs and pepperoni. ( no pepperoni on a friday night, thats bad. Whats a pizza without pepperoni.) Only again 30 minutes later, you delivered my order. Short of 1 pizza and chicken strips. I called the call centre to explain my issue, but after 15 minutes of only being transfered between 4 consultants, i eventually called it quits. Dominos, +- R100 is not much to me but for some one else it is a lot. So i hoped you gave my food (that was not delivered to me) to some one in need or please shove that money! Now that was really bad customer service...

Second time now we bought from yiu guys and all you taste is tomato, we adked for double cheese got home no extra cheese hardly any toppings!! ????????????

I hve chosen this one as my pizza shop of choice. Great taste great price plus delivery. Its even nearby.
