Good Day Nando’s Team
I am quite shocked at this store’s customer service. Here’s my experience:
I ordered two quarter chicken meals and requested for extra sauce on both. I confirmed this at each drive through point.
When I arrived at home I realised that both orders had no sauce at all - photo attached.
So I proceeded to fill out the online form. The next day, I was contacted by a manger from the store. I explained to him that this is the second time I have received an incorrect order from this store in a period of two consecutive weeks.
The previous time, they forgot to put my chicken in the bag.
The person I spoke to said that his sorry and that was it. He also said that he knows that no one comes to Nando’s for their chicken but their sauce. Whilst still conversing, the call cut and that was it.
Please look into your service, mistakes do happen but twice in a short period with the same customer should definitely be given more attention.
