Very helpful and friendly staff. I strongly recommend you to try this place if you have problems with your batteries. I had an important meeting and my battery was flat, so they gave me another battery to go and do my job and returned when my old battery was fully charged. It was a great experience and I am very grateful to them (unfortunately I don't know his name).

My battery went flat 1.2 km away from the thorn hill store in Polokwane. I was quite prepared to buy a new battery and asked for them to come jumpstart me so I could get to them. I was told they can’t help because they are busy with stocktake. If this is the level of service their stock rooms must be full!
