It deserves a red star, the was a mess with our bookings despite we paid fully prior to our arrival and had all the proof of payment and what we requested to seal our bookings of which they agreed and told us its sorted, when we got there we got opposite of what we requested concerning rooms.

The rooms were unclean, towels were dirty, showers you could see they haven't been cleaned for days, linen was worse. Television was not working and room had half a curtain, you pull to the right, the left side will be left bare and when you pull to the left, right side it's left bare.
In the morning we left and there was a thread I dropped on the floor when we came back they made the bed but room was not cleaned at all as the thread was still there where I dropped it.
In the rooms we were given 2 bottles that are unlabeled not sure if it was a lotion or shampoo or what?

The fan made a lot of noise when turned on as if it will fall anytime.
Picture can be really deceiving , all pics on eltasha on the website is opposite of what is there in reality.
It's a place that need a serious renovation as looks like it's 100 years old, garden need to be taken off, swimming pool need serious cleaning. In the room you get also tea cups with sugar, coffee and NO kettle to boil water. Not sure how they expect one to make tea or coffee

We stayed here for two nights with my colleagues. The place is very very beautiful only problem we all had was the beds. I hope this review reaches them so they can improve on those degraded beds, otherwise the customer service and lodge was the best

We enjoyed our stay, and thnx to their friendly staff, they welcomed us with their opened arms...they where really nice to us. They treated us like we where the only one at the Guest house... Just that our room(26) didn't have fridge and we had "drinks" with us...I also think you should install DSTV, Nd we couldn't access your free WiFi...but having said that, we really had a fabulous night...looking forward visiting again.

Not well maintained, no food, onions are used on bathroom windows as either air fresheners or insect repellent not sure
