It wad great they really take their customer into consideration. And when you bought something n it's not working well you can bring it back as long as you still got your slip with you....Anyway overall is my favorite store around there.

Not pleased at all, sales persons waiting for customers to visit them at their stations to be served and or for advice.
I left and bought my appliances from Incredible Connection to the amount of R63,878.00 to furnish my new home. Tuff luck to the guy at Game who ignored my effort to get his attention. I suppose his conversation with his female collage with his hand on her butt was worth more the commission he would've earned not to speak of customer service.

Bad customer service manager from ilanga called wanted to buy stuff and someone to collect, the lady was talking to someone else while on the phone and she also hang up on us. Some people don't deserve to work

The service here is amazing the few times I have purchased there and the one time I returned an item the staff went over and above to assist me and make my shopping experience so lovely. I also appreciate that I never found long queues, I might have went at quite times but I wouldn't like to think the efficiency of the staff contributed.

Huge store with lots to shop from groceries, gym equipment, HI-FI systems, electronics and a whole lot more.
