I can honestly say that it's been years since I've been so astounded by services recieved.
I would rate them 6 stars out of 5.

I arrived with nothing but a rough idea and difficult questions, within 5 minutes Jan had solved all my problems, saved me large amount of money, and brightened my mood.

I highly recommend Voltex Polokwane for all your electrical needs.
Ask for Jan Van Wyk, he is a champion in his field.

The worst and slowest counter service one can ever imagine. You have to repeat your order 5 times and still get the wrong material

I went into the Vortex shop at 12h10 for a quotation
After helping the person infront I was next. I showed the person the list and he requested me to email it meanwhile helping person next inline. Later he confirmed receipt of the emails but said he can't read it. I then requested him to quote for me only two items in the list. After writing them down he proceeded in helping others. I realised that I have been in there for 45 minutes. I asked again if the quotation was ok? but he said he need to call to get the price. minutes later I inquired again to he did not respond. I left the shop.
I will never set foot in there.

Waiting too long to be served not sure if it is because of this Pandemic but I received a good service as always.
