Ever get stuck in a town when every hotel on your budget is fully booked. Sometimes all one needs is a neat clean place, air-conditioning, hot shower, clean linen, towels and a warm breakfast. Thank you Ivory lodge for a travelling stop that will be remembered.

Absolutely Horrible, Booked a room for nights upon arrival the room had a sewrage smell. I asked to be moved the lady than came with Jeys fluid and threw it in the drain which made the smell much worse. Finally the room was changed after a while. As I walked into the other room the exact same smell coming out of the basin in the bathroom! The shower drain was blocked flooding the floor while having a shower. I'll never book here again the service is terrible and it's not what you see on the pictures. Staff are unfriendly and not willing to help.

Convenient, location good. Reception lady was lovely. Beds ok but small with hard pillows. Shower had poor pressure. At least backup for loadshedding. Is only 3 star.

The place is nice ????and thier staff are so welcoming and friendly but the problem is that the room light was not working and they give us one towel while we booked room for 2 adults

Bathroom: The water was not soaking, the bath tub was dirty and it had brown stripes like a zebra. Also the tap, it didn't have warm water.
Food: They don't serve food whatsoever.
Customer service: Very polite and professional. I guess it was the facilities were just not for me.

A couple has been fighting for like an hour now and there's no receptionist or a security person to report this too...like? Oh my Gosh!! I've never been so disgusted!
