This is definitely not a 4star lodge as advertised. Looks great from the outside but rooms tell another story. Holes in floor, wifi doesn't work, no water pressure, water spills over onto floor if you do manage to get water pressure... not worth a visit or look up. Very disappointing ????

What a really Beautiful boutique hotel in the city of Polokwane in Limpopo. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, the food, attention to detail. Spacious rooms, lovely gardens and pools. Whilst it's in the city, it gives that sense of escape. Once inside, its quiet. Well trained staff. Meticulous.

I organized my mother's 50th birthday not living in Polokwane and yet the staff members took me step by step until the party was a success. I could only come to the lodge the day before and I found the service impeccable. The staff members go the extra mile in ensuring that the party was a success. The food was great!

Disgusting service, woke up at 03h10 am to use the bathroom, boom!!! no toilet paper in the room. Do I really have to call someone at 3am and ask for toilet paper, embarrassing. I would not mention the previous similar incident here. Such a great place, but poorly managed. Decided to appease myself with a cup of tea, boom!!! the sugar sachet have dried, and there is no milk. Yerrr, if it was my money I would ask for refund, it's like I slept in my car parked in a garage, what kind of a 4 star is this?

R900 for a room with basically everything broken in the bathroom. Small stream of water from old showerhead. Tv out of focus and had to ask for MNet???? (after asking for another room as the 1st was awkwardly designed and dark). Moved to 3rd (upgraded) room after staff wanted to put me into a room where tiles were broken off the wall in the bathroom. This place needs serious maintenance. Staff are very friendly and helpful though. Won't stay there again in fear of having to move to 3 different rooms in the same night again.

Beautiful and clean place,loved the garden even more than the room itself,staff very helpful.I just didn't like the shower head and I I'll ask for a room with carpet nxt time.
