A very nice place for a date. Came here for lunch and the customer service was good. Food was very nice, one of the few places that serves well cooked and tasty meals. Enjoyed the experience. Has a nice garden dining area which could be very nice in summer evenings. The downside was that it was closing early in winter. So before we finished our meal they were already preparing to close and we couldn't really order something else with ease.

I don't want to go to one star but it's a close call. It was cold in Polokwane. We're forced to be away from home. really W I don't anted comfort food.

Ended up here after reading some reviews.

What a disappointment. No peanut butter milkshake. Just kidding, that's not serious.
But the Lamb curry was recommended and we went for it.

Oh dear, that was a mistake. Half meat and half bone. I can accept bone in curry but then the portion must be commensurate. It was tiny. After all the bones were removed. It was a R35 bazaar curry for R149. They did provide a portion of nice vegetables.

The curry had an overpowering pepper and cloves taste. No curry taste in sight. The product was cooked elsewhere and heated in the restaurant. Mine arrived cold.

When we complained the chef intimated that he / she could not do anything about it. That's how it comes.

But I might be tempted to give them a second chance on something else.

The menu is very long. This might be the issue.

Food was good the service was really very slow only one waitron who we had to go looking for after 10 to 15 mins. Quiet setting could make for a romantic meal if you sat out under the lapa/gazeebo

Great food, uniquely presented, big portions, tranquil atmosphere. Very kid friendly. My kids loved it!
