I had my son there earlier this year. The overall service was not too bad but the experience low key reminded me of a provincial hospital when it comes to waiting for a bed and professionalism of the nurses. The amount of money paid for the service and treatment I have received was not completely justified.

The service at reception is extremely bad that one can spend the whole day waiting for a bed and when you enquire up the at the ward room, you find out that the are beds available.

Reception ladies hide behind the ward staff to say they were never updated about available beds.

Six hours of waiting. .... I mean Waiting at reception since 06:30..It is now 12:19..I am beginning to wonder if there's a difference between private and public hospitals. Diassapointed.

Sitting in the Pharmacy, with no one to attend to you. All they do is laughing about nonsense instead of helping the public!!!!

My experience was great in the maternity section.The nurses n the cleaning/catering staff were nice.The food was not bad.

The service in this hospital is not exceptional better than the one you will receive at a public hospital. There are few professional nurses who are very rude to clients i.e. (Humbulani Dzhivuwo) and whenever you call them for assistance they can take forever to come. If you didn’t know better you might think that they are on a go slow strike. The service we received in this hospital doesn’t not worth the amount of money that we have paid, therefore I think it is definitely not value for money. However the whole area which we have been exposed to is satisfactory clean.
