The best spa in Polokwane by far. We visit this spa frequently –and the new location is phenomenal. They have wide variety of treatments to choose from. Bookings can easily be made and paid online. The staff a friendly and sophisticated. Truly an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family seeking to be pampered.

I think it’s a great spa and it has so much potential. Reception staff not very friendly. And it’s not the first time they not friendly. My nail tech Tracey is brilliant, I’ll give here 5 stars. However there’s no transparency when it comes to the services and what you pay. My last set I did was a full set and I paid R400. I returned because two of my nails had fallen and I booked for a nail repair. However a refill was done and it looks great. But I paid R420.

I've been a very loyal client to Natural Living Spa and Wellness in Polokwane for years. My visit today left me unbelievably shocked at how the standard has painfully dropped and painfully bad. Administration was in serious shambles and I could NOT even get the 90 minutes that I booked and paid for. My complaint at the reception revealed even more shambles. Completely unbelievable
