The photos are not doing any justice.
This place is aesthetically pleasing, very clean and modern rooms.
I checked in quite late in the evening, the lady who assisted me was very friendly, not the fake-for-work-sake friendly. But genuine friendliness.

I had to also check out very early and the team seamlessly packed me breakfast. A cute pakie.tasty food. Very safe and secured.

If I return to PLK whether for work or personal staff I will definitely look no further than Polo

The service here is absolutely amazing, friendly staff who honestly goes out of there way to meet your needs. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I looked forward every morning to eat there.

The room I was in was lovely, such a comfy bed... All my needs was met.

Honestly this is one of the best guest houses in the country and I've been in every province in so many different guest houses but this one is definitely up there with the best.

Alet , Gertrude u0026 Staff. Your hospitality is outstanding and you go above and beyond for your guests. The place is well maintained, modern and very accommodating. Thank you so much for making my stay pleasant and comfortable. Polo Guesthouse definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!

The hostess is friendly and welcomed us despite us being early. The room was spacious, modern and stylish. She explained the keys and TV channels and gave us all we need in a nice box. The towels are fluffy, we got a warm water bottle and soft gowns. Family rooms are available. We had access to a nice outside area. Breakfast is a feast. It was the greatest I had at any guest house ever. Her attention to detail make the stay unforgettable.
