I personally just had a worse experience. No proper access control, one guest opened the gate for lot of ppl and they had a very loud party throughout the night. Even worse the management didn’t take my complain serious. It’s a nice place but poorly managed.

Place has nice surroundings , near the mall and central. Not so quite as the place hosts a lot of events .
Could definitely do better on customer service especially when booked via Airbnb. No one likes a hustle. Breakfast is no longer available as advertised and should be advised on booking or change the advert. I give 5 stars to the employees .

Great environment but room needs some tlc. Especially the bathroom, when you shower the water takes too long to drain out. But nice place

My partner and I often stay there when in polokwane for work, and yesterday was the worst. The receptionist had friends over and they were making noise throughout the evening. The place is deteriorating. They have definitely lost clients. Last stay, never again!!!!

The receptionist was a great host..,5 star for her. Mold in shower...holes in one of the towels.

Very quiet and neat. Would have liked breakfast which wasn't available. Will visit them again
