Very small towels.
No breakfast offered.
I have expected much more than what we have received.
My colleague's bedroom ceiling had water damage and it looked as though the ceiling could fall in any moment.
Swimming pool was green.
No, I will not return.

Nothing fancy.

But good for a quick stop and rest.

Be warned that you will have to wait sometime before the hot water actually gets hot.

This place is clean but ergonomically bad. Don't people know a man wants to hold the remote? It is on the shortest piece of chain I have seen.
The walls are so thin one has to listen to your neighbour's TV instead of your own.
The bed and pillows are too hard.
The whole place is too clinical and cold. Steel and tile and glass like a hospital.
The breakfast was almost average.
It's not a bad place but I miss a little comfort.
Will give it a miss next time.

Well run and neat.

Conference facilities are good with all needs catered for in the rooms, I.e. projectors, flip charts and even a printer in the room.

Tea / coffee breaks are set up in a little breakaway room attached to the conference room.

Parking bays are limited and are mostly along the exit route so be careful how and where you park.

Beautiful place to be... Nice staff, beautiful gardens, great food , nice and big swimming pool, great bar and conference rooms. Enjoyed my stay but they must do something about their beds and DSTV. Beds too hard and bedding not that attractive and welcoming. No news and sport channels on DSTV. Apart from that u get the minimum satisfaction from the rest. Situated close to Polokwane CPD. If the swimming pool is not deep enough for you, there's a town pool facility with diving platforms just next door! Great place indeed.

No fridges in family rooms; ran out of food a couple of times had to wait for more; noisy untill about 11.00; card machines also did not work staff were friendly and tried to do their best
