- This place is feels more like home then guesthouse.
- Very close to the mall and public transportation.
- They provide breakfast sometimes or when reminded/ asked about it.
- Wi-Fi is slow.
- Guests don't receive keys to the gate.
- Not allowed to use air conditioner in the room.
- No cleaning services.

The rooms were beautiful and warm. There was not signal on the tv though however our stay was awesome!!!

It was a great experience out there! We used the venue for a Church event and it was just great. I would recommend it if you have small events!
Try it, you'll be glad you did!!

It's basic overnight accommodation. The rooms look nice but half the things in them don't work eg the tv and the bathroom light. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I’ve never seen a place with lots of excuses, I was there 2017 December and there was no WiFi and they don’t have with the same excuses, this people don’t want to grow in their business and they don’t want to explore, surely their need to benchmark with other guesthouses, the rooms are good but service is very poor, they have only 10 channels and out of 10 , 3 it’s a copy of other channels meaning u hv only 6 channels, I don’t recommend this guesthouse for anyone unless you desperately

They showed me a nice room before I pay and they took the money from my card and they gave a cheap room which is not the room that I requested, and demanded more money if I want the room that I agreed to take. So I canceled the booking and they refused to do EFT in front of me. As I am not from Polokwane i asked them to do EFT and send me proof of payment. I spoke to the owner Nakedi Lekalakala, she was very rude and threatened me that I won't get my money if I push for EFT while I was there, she told me that they will do the EFT and will send the Proof of payment on the same day. But they never did. So I have go back again and request them for EFT and they told me that as per policies they can only refund it in 7 working days which is not we agreed. After long arguments they agreed to do EFT in front of me. But they deliberately reduced my refund amount by 42 rands even though I never asked them for immediate payment. All I asked them is to do the EFT and send me the proof of payment.

I Never recommend this place to anyone.
